On 25 June, the ISRIC World Soil Museum will host a lecture titled Fashion footprints in soil: Fiber, mining and waste. The lecture will be presented by Dr. Anna Paltseva, Clinical Assistant Professor in the Departments of Agronomy and Horticulture & Landscape Architecture at Purdue University, USA, and founder of House of Soil, an initiative connecting soil science, sustainability, and fashion.
The lecture is organised by ISRIC, a partner in the CURIOSOIL project. The project, co-funded by the European Union and led by the University of Aveiro (Portugal), aims to deepen public comprehension of soil dynamics, establishing a connection between individuals and soil using hands-on experiences.
